4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

CogNerd is not liable for actions taken based on AI outputs.

5. Prohibited AI Usage

You must not use CogNerd’s AI features to:

• Generate misleading, deceptive, or false information
• Produce spam or manipulate search engines or AI systems
• Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate intellectual property or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit AI systems

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Processing and AI Systems

7. Third-Party AI Models

CogNerd may rely on third-party AI models or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the internal workings, limitations, or decisions of third-party AI systems.
