CogNerd operates on a subscription-based pricing model. All subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• If a technical issue on our end prevents access to core features and is not resolved within a reasonable time
• If required by applicable consumer protection laws

Except where required by law, we do not guarantee refunds for partial usage, unused time, or change of mind.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Partial use of the Service
• Failure to achieve expected SEO, AEO, traffic, or ranking results
• User error or misuse of the platform
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
• Promotional, discounted, or one-time offers (unless stated otherwise)

4. Free Trials

If CogNerd offers a free trial:

• No charges will be applied until the trial period ends
• Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Charges made after trial expiration are non-refundable

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the remaining unused period unless required by law.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to Pricing or Plans

CogNerd reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription plans with prior notice. Changes will not affect the current billing cycle.
